Liverpool Bay Hotshop Ltd – Refund and returns policy.


At Liverpool Bay Hotshop we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. Our products are made with care, each piece is handmade and unique and will contain air bubbles which naturally occur in the glass. The base will have a smoothed pontil mark in the centre which is part of the hand-making process and is part of the individual and character of the piece.


If the item you bought is defective or faulty we will pay the postage cost of returning the item.


If the item is returned due to a change of mind, the item must be in perfect condition and re-saleable please ensure that the item is returned complete with the original packaging. You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.


When returning goods please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, we are not responsible for any items you send to us that are lost in transit.



Step one - If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if the item is faulty, please contact us by email within 14 days of making your purchase. We will send you a returns code. Please quote this code in all further correspondence relating to the item being returned, and include the code with the item you return.


Step two - Please return the item in it’s original packaging and with your proof of purchase within 14 days of notifying us by email.


Please note - We will not replace or refund any item that has been damaged by you the customer and we can only accept goods returned by the purchaser. Refunds for items returned due to a change of mind will have the original postage cost deducted from the amount refunded.


Step three – We will deal with your return request as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days after the returned item is received for the payment of your refund. The refund will only be made to the purchaser and will usually be made by the same payment method used for the original purchase.
